3. Factory Orders

For custom or factory orders, please note that processing times may be longer. The estimated shipping time for factory orders will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times for these orders may vary depending on product availability, production schedules, and the shipping method selected.

4. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to:

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and the size and weight of the order.

  • USA Orders: We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Canada Orders: Shipping costs for Canada orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, size, and weight of the order.

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States and Canada.
